Darlene Little

Darlene comes to us with an impressive track record in the real estate industry. Most recently, she served as Vice President and Designated Managing Broker at Berkshire Hathaway's Lincoln Park office, where she was instrumental in overseeing around 900 transactions annually and played a pivotal role in mentoring some of Chicago's finest real estate professionals.

Prior to her tenure at Berkshire Hathaway, Darlene was the Executive Vice President at Rubloff Residential Properties for 12 years, and before diving into real estate, she was a successful entrepreneur, founding a corporation with four locations across Chicagoland.

Among her many accolades, Darlene has served as President of the Chicago Association of Realtors (CAR), was named 2007 Realtor of the Year, and has held positions on the CAR Professional Standards Committee, as well as being a past director of both the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and Illinois Realtors (IR).

Darlene holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Illinois, enhancing her profound commitment to ethics, support, and empathy-qualities that she brings into her professional engagements to foster growth and success among her agents.

Living in a historic row house in Lincoln Park, Darlene is a third-generation resident of the area. She is a devoted volunteer at Misericordia, which serves developmentally challenged individuals. A dedicated mother and wife, Darlene also enjoys travel, theatre, music, reading, and family adventures.
