Rosemary Fernandez

Rose was born and raised in Chicago and appreciated all the fantastic opportunities The Windy City offers. She is proud to call Chicago home. Rose is a first-generation college graduate from Loyola University who understands that hard work is necessary to be successful. She also believes that giving back to her community isn't a choice but an essential obligation.

Rose has spent most of her career in education, working as a Montessori Guide, gaining leadership, team building, and communication skills. She teaches with compassion, empathy, and patience—valuable skills needed in both teaching and real estate careers. She is now establishing herself as a respected broker for Century 21 SGR, using these core attributes to assist her clients.

Rose works relentlessly for her clients. She uses the world-class marketing tools of Century 21 SGR to attract suitable offers for her seller clients. When working with buyers, she analyzes their needs, desires, and economic capabilities to offer appropriate recommendations.

Rose leads with honesty and is always available to address clients' concerns. She lives her values and practices them to benefit her clients.
