Krista Bray has lived in Chicagoland for over 25 years, and has become quite familiar with many areas including: West Loop, West Town, Humboldt Park, and Ukrainian Village. She offers a seasoned knowledge of the city and an understanding of what makes each neighborhood so unique.

Before beginning in real estate Krista enjoyed a career in education as a teacher and Coordinator of a Head Start. Krista’s degrees in psychology and teaching have provided her with valuable skills that she utilizes daily. Her strengths are her ability to understand her clients wants and needs, being successful in negotiations, her knowledge of the education system, and making long term connections with clients and associates. Krista works tirelessly as your advocate, whether buying, selling, or renting. She brings her passion and sharp attention to detail to help buyers in a highly focused search for their new home, while helping sellers get the most value for their home. She strives for the best possible outcome in every transaction and does her best to ensure that the home buying or selling process is as stress-free as possible.

A very active and connected community volunteer, Krista enjoys spending time with her family and friends while exploring Chicago’s diverse food, shopping, and cultural scene.
