Nancy Ferreras

Nancy Ferreras was born and raised in the City of Chicago. As a first-generation child with Mexican parents, she learned the value of hard work and determination from a young age through her parents. Nancy knew that in order to achieve her dreams, she would have to work tirelessly.

While attending Northeastern Illinois University, Nancy worked three jobs, often working 14-hour days to save enough money to attend her university. She eventually earned her Bachelor's degree in Teaching with a minor in Psychology.

After graduating, Nancy worked as a teacher and then worked at City Hall in the Assessor's Office. She enjoyed working with the community and helping families understand their property taxes. Nancys passion for helping people led her to pursue a career in real estate.

Nancy believes that family comes first and that owning a home is an important part of the American Dream. She wants to help families find their forever home and is committed to giving her clients 100% in every transaction. Nancy's background in teaching and psychology has given her the skills to understand her clients' needs and help them find the perfect home.

Nancy's is committed to continuing her education and staying up-to-date on the latest trends in the real estate market. Nancy has achieved one of her goals and is an Investor in the City of Chicago. She is a multi-family investor, owner and operator.
