Nancy Suvarnamani is the Designated Managing Broker and founder of Century 21 S.G.R., established in 1989. Guided by the values of discipline, service, and empathy instilled by her father, a Thai Army general, she has built the firm into a leader in Chicago and Asian markets, marketing, selling, or financing more than 1,700 new construction units. Her entrepreneurial work now extends internationally, including the restoration and expansion of a 35-unit villa resort in Hua Hin, Thailand.

A trailblazer in the real estate industry, Nancy was the first Asian woman to serve as President of the Chicago Association of REALTORS® (2005–2006), where her outreach initiatives earned her the 2007 REALTOR® of the Year Award. She later founded the Chicago Chapter of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (2012) and received the 2014 Century 21 International Marsh Fischer Award for advancing diversity. She continues to mentor and champion opportunities for future generations of REALTORS®.

Nancy is also a tireless advocate for the Thai community and global real estate. She has strengthened ties between Thai real estate associations and NAR, promoted foreign investment in Asia, and actively supported civic and political causes, including the election of Senator Tammy Duckworth. Today, she serves as a Federal Political Coordinator for the National Association of REALTORS®, representing 1.2 million members in advancing key real estate issues in Congress.
