Stanca Oltean

Originally from Romania, Stanca moved to Chicago with her family when she was a teenager. She attended prestigious Lane Tech High School and proceeded to get a diploma in Paralegal Studies. She specialized in Contracts and Family Law, a background which helps in explaining contractual terms to her clients. After becoming a mother, Stanca transitioned into real estate to fulfill a life long passion. Her strengths as an agent include her non adversarial negotiating skills, her caring and compassionate nature and knowing the complexity of the local market. While not helping her clients, she enjoys spending time with her 2 children, working out and preparing healthy foods. She looks foward to helping clients buy/sell a new home or pinpoint the best next investment.
