Currently working in the insurance industry, Allen has developed a client-focused approach built on trust, transparency, and clear communication. His diverse background allows him to guide buyers, sellers, and investors not only on the real estate process, but also on the renovation possibilities that can turn a house into a dream home.

Born and raised in Chicago’s McKinley Park neighborhood, Allen has a deep connection to the local community. He is fluent in Taishanese and Chinese, making him an excellent resource for multi-lingual clients and families. Outside of real estate, Allen enjoys traveling the world and has a passion for cars—interests that keep him curious, adventurous, and detail-oriented.
