Through his head of operations role, Roger holds a high level of expertise in management, marketing, and sales with remarkable success in a fast-paced & challenging environment.

Leading over 300 families at his martial arts school daily, Roger cultivated a deep understanding of professionalism, leadership, partnership, and attention to detail—qualities that he seamlessly applies to his second passion: real estate.

As a licensed real estate agent of nine years, Roger has a strategic mindset and an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction. Born in Chicago and having been a long-time resident of several North Shore communities, Roger has extensive knowledge of both Chicago and North Shore communities. Furthermore, as a business owner, Roger is drawn to real estate to help ensure positive experiences during the buying and selling process for each of his clients.
