Her strong foundation is rooted in local knowledge and involvement, and she has a vast understanding of the North Shore Chicago Land. Margareta’s extensive knowledge of the Real Estate market and Interior Design offers her clients an outstanding level of service. Her former education and training in the United States and Europe are enthusiastic, professional, and friendly.

 

Prior to earning her Real Estate License, and after studying Interior Design at the Art Institute in Chicago, Margareta became a professional member of the American Society of Interior Design (ASID). Combining her strong design background and credentials, extensive experience as a property investor, and dedication to ongoing education in her field, Margareta provides an unsurpassed choice for anyone ready to purchase or sell a home.

 

When Margareta is at home, her time is spent with her husband and three beautiful children as well as training for Marathon and Triathlon races, party planning, and gardening. She has completed two ironmans 140.6, four Ironman 70.3, and several Marathons. Her strong dedication, motivation, and commitment reflect not only her training but also her focus on her clients.
