I’ve never been the “typical” sales type — and that’s by design. My approach to real estate, especially property management, comes from a career built on solving problems, creating systems, and making things work better.
For over 25 years, I worked in human resources, social services, and project management — fields where you have to think ahead, adapt quickly, and always have a backup plan. I learned the value of clear communication, fairness, and follow-through, and I carry those values into my work as a licensed real estate agent.
I’m friendly and approachable, but firm when it matters. I like to think outside the box, find creative solutions, and go beyond the call of duty for the people I serve. Whether it’s keeping a property running smoothly, helping owners sell their pride-and-joy home, or guiding buyers toward their dream property, I believe every project deserves a personalized plan. I take the time to understand each space, highlight its best features, and show the potential it holds — with care, attention, and the respect it deserves.
