Margarita (Mago) Chacon

Mago’s experience is rooted in problem-solving, building systems, and helping things run more smoothly. For over 25 years, she worked in human resources, social services, and project management roles that taught her how to think ahead, adapt quickly, communicate clearly, and always have a backup plan, especially in property management, where details and immediate follow-through truly matter.

She’s friendly and approachable, but firm when it matters, and enjoys thinking outside the box and exploring creative alternatives, especially when situations aren’t straightforward. When she doesn’t immediately have the answer, her passion for innovation and education drives her to research, ask questions, and find solutions that make sense for everyone involved.

Mago is fluent in Spanish and works with clients throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. She’s always happy to talk things through and help create a plan that feels right. Her approach is thoughtful and personalized: taking the time to explore what’s needed, build the right team, and see if it’s a good fit to move forward with any real estate challenge.
