Jessica Hayes

Born and raised in Chicago, IL, Jessica pursued her education at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, IL, later expanding her expertise by studying Computer Information Technology at DeVry University. Her career at Southwest Airlines began as a ramp agent, where she spent a year before moving on to the role of operations agent for one of the most admired airlines in history. Her dedication and leadership led to her election as TWU555's first African American woman financial treasurer. In this role, she was actively involved in lobbying for bills at the House of Representatives, Senate in Washington, DC, and chaired numerous committees. 

Now, she's on an exciting journey as a real estate broker, where she is committed to working hard and diligently for her clients. Jessica understands that buying a home is one of the biggest purchases in life, thus she strives to navigate, educate, and make the home-buying process as smooth as possible. Her passion for helping people is unmatched, with over a decade of experience in the customer service field. She is driven to make a positive impact in everything she does.

Outside of her professional achievements, she is a proud parent of two wonderful kids. In her freetime, she enjoys exercising, practicing yoga, meditation and exploring new restaurants as a passionate foodie.
